Shipping: Sorry, but we only ship to the US and Canada. We ship all books and CDs Media Mail (allow 7-12 business days for delivery). Jewelry is shipped via airmail or priority mail (allow 7 business days for delivery).

Please note: Because all jewelry items are limited quantities and subject to availability, we cannot guarantee that all items, colors, or quantities will be available. If an item you've ordered has sold out, you will be notified, and offered a credit toward another item, or receive a refund. Nancy Stafford Collection is committed to customer service.

Return Policy: If you're not satisfied with your jewelry, or it arrives to you damaged or defective, we apologize. We accept returns on unworn jewelry up to 14 days after you receive your shipped order. Any jewelry that shows signs of wear will not be accepted for return for ANY reason. We will exchange the item for another piece or refund the purchase price back to your PayPal account, whichever you prefer. Shipping charges are not refundable. Please include a copy of the original invoice in your return, along with your exchange or refund request.
